I love this job! What a privilege to be involved in people’s important days and memories.

As an English teacher I have a passion and talent for writing and I really enjoy creating fabulous ceremonies for my couples. ( I enjoy this far more than wading through a pile of Year 8 essays!) I pride myself on being able to capture exactly the tone that you are after with lots of love, feels, smiles, tears and laughs.

I try and seek joy as much as I can. Life is short! We have so few traditions in Australian culture but weddings remain an important part of our lives and also form our most cherished memories. I was encouraged by many friends to pursue a career in Celebrancy as I have been asked loads of time to MC my friends’ weddings and other events, and more than one friend has wished that I could have run their ceremony! I’m almost out of friends wanting to be married so I’m spreading my wings further!

I have a wealth of knowledge, life experience and am very intuitive! I am also an Artist and have a great eye, which makes my floral designs very original. I have helped couples with general wedding planning, making things look fabulous, being the MC for the reception and providing really affordable flowers.
